CelebAirFor information about CelebAir flights please read our CelebAir FAQs. Please note CelebAir passengers have the same baggage allowances and have to pay the same hold (check-in) baggage fees as standard Monarch scheduled passengers. CelebAir flights cannot be changed or checked-in online and all seats will be allocated prior to departure.

baggage

Find out about our allowances for hold & hand baggage, excess baggage rates, what you can and cannot take with you and what to do if your bags are lost or stolen. Don't forget - if your bags are lost you can use our new online baggage tracing facility (Worldtracer). Just enter the PIR number, given to you when you reported your baggage as lost, along with your surname and the Worldtracer online baggage tracing system will do the rest!

medical & special requirements

Monarch aim to accommodate, whenever possible, passengers travelling that may have special needs, such as reduced mobility. Please contact us, ideally before booking, or at least 48 hours prior to travel. Any requests received later than this cannot be guaranteed. Read on to find out more about flying with medical or special requirements and medical conditions which may or may not prevent you from flying.

Vantage Club for frequent flyers

Vantage Club rewards regular Monarch customers with a host of complimentary travel privileges. Anyone aged 2 or above can join and depending on how often you fly with us, you will enjoy one of three levels of membership - Vantage Club Indigo, Vantage Club Silver or Vantage Club Gold. The more flights you take the more benefits you will enjoy.
